North Inch Community Library

North Inch Community Library is located within the North Inch Community Campus in Perth and serves as a modern, accessible space for reading, learning and community activity. Managed by Culture Perth and Kinross, the library offers free membership, giving access to a wide range of books, audiobooks and digital resources. Visitors can also use public computers, free Wi‑Fi and printing facilities, making it a valuable hub for both education and everyday needs.
