Thyme Delicatessen & Farm Shop

Thyme Delicatessen is a welcoming Deli and Farm shop located within a scenic Aberfeldy hill-farm.

Part of Errichel, Thyme Deli adjoins Thyme Bistro, offering its own informal cafe service, and Scottish Cheese & Charcuterie Tastings.

Opening in 2020, Thyme Deli showcases Errichel farm’s ethically reared rare-breed meats, Paul Newman’s own pickles, preserves, jams chutney and biltong,

and also stocks a wide range of cheeses, charcuterie and mezze items from Scotland and further afield.

Also very popular are Paul’s own hand-made ready meals, a nourishing, guilt-free selection of dishes inspired by his career as a globe-trotting chef.

Featuring rare-breed meats and a wide range of other gifts and produce.

The Thyme Deli Cafe offers coffees, pastries, and light lunches overlooking the ducks and geese in the garden.
