The evening begins with a pre-dinner drinks reception, followed by a three-course meal, archive readings and live music in our historic surroundings. This year’s archive readings will explore the life and experiences of Second Lieutenant Alexander (Hamish) Mann, who served with The Black Watch during the First World War. Drawing on his extensive archive, readings from his poetry, letters and personal writings will offer a poignant insight into his life on the Western Front.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to pre-book your ticket for this special evening of reflection, remembrance and history.
