This year’s archive readings will explore the life and experiences of Second Lieutenant Alexander (Hamish) Mann, who served with The Black Watch during the First World War. Drawing on his extensive archive, readings from his poetry, letters and personal writings will offer a poignant insight into his life on the Western Front.
