World-class golf, big names, and family fun at Gleneagles this July
11 June 2026
Europe’s only Senior Major will see legends of the game take on the famous King’s Course, with Padraig Harrington, Darren Clarke, Ernie Els, Jamie Donaldson and Stephen Gallacher already confirmed in the line-up.
For golf fans, it’s a chance to watch Major champions and Ryder Cup heroes up close in one of Scotland’s most iconic settings. Donaldson and Gallacher will also return to the scene of Europe’s unforgettable 2014 Ryder Cup victory, which took place at Gleneagles.
More Than Just Spectating!
Free 15-minute one-to-one golf lessons for junior and youth ticket holders.
Families and younger visitors can get hands on in the dedicated Spectator Village Lesson Zone offering free 15-minute one-to-one golf lessons for junior and youth ticket holders throughout the week.
Delivered in partnership with the Stephen Gallacher Foundation and Gleneagles, the sessions give young golfers the chance to try either long or short game coaching, completely free of charge.
Lessons can be booked in advance when purchasing tickets, with limited spaces available each day during the event.
The Championship Village
Away from the action on the course, the Championship Village will offer a relaxed festival feel throughout the week, with food and drink, live entertainment and plenty to enjoy between rounds. Visitors can soak up the atmosphere, follow the golf on big screens and make the most of a full day out at Gleneagles, whether they’re lifelong fans of the sport or simply looking to enjoy one of Perthshire’s biggest summer events.
