The mouthwatering Chardon Macarons was launched in 2013, in a quest to produce the perfect macaron and, now, all of our lives are a little bit sweeter!
Herve, the man behind the brand, quickly perfected the art of producing these exquisite delicacies, from the smooth crispy shell softening down to the luxurious ganache at the centre.
Passing on his skills and knowledge to the team, they now produce hundreds each week from their kitchen in Princes Street.
You’ll also find them on the first Saturday of the month at Perth Farmers’ Market – the only dilemma remaining, is how many to buy!
