Persie Distillery

Persie Gin is hand-crafted in a small, family-owned stables-turned-distillery at the foot of Glenshee in Highland Perthshire.

Their award-winning gins are distilled in small batches, then bottled and labelled on site.

There are six expressions. The distillery originals range is like a 3-course meal in gin, with a starter, main course and pudding of Zesty Citrus, Herby, and Sweet & Nutty expressions.

As a dog-friendly distillery they also produce a range of charity gins for PADS dog rescue, where Labrador Gin, Spaniel Gin and Dachshund Gin Liqueur reflect the different breeds!

In 2020 Persie launched a silky smooth Pusscat Vodka.

Like their dog gins, they donate money for every bottle sold to Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home, one of the largest animal welfare facilities in Scotland.
