Toad in the Hole has been spicing up Blairgowrie since 2024 with artisan sausages and sausage rolls that pack a punch of flavour and fun.

Proudly handmade and freshly prepared, each bite tells a story of bold ingredients and culinary flair.

Think juicy black pudding, zingy orange & honey, or the sweet warmth of date & ginger, there's a flavour for every curious foodie.

There are around 45 different flavour combinations, which change daily according to what’s in season and availability. (and owners Aaron and Olivia’s personal choice!)

These aren’t your average bangers! Crafted with care and a twist of creativity, pop in for a sizzling selection of sausages or grab an artisanal sausage roll for lunch.  

Sausages can pair perfectly with the tangy chutneys and crunchy crackers that are also available to buy, which makes a super easy dinner choice.
