This event will be the first international Wild Water Racing competition ever held at Grandtully, a significant moment for paddlesport in Scotland. Over four days, you will have the opportunity to watch paddlers competing over two courses, Classic and Sprint, showcasing their skills over Grandtully's infamous rapids. This event provides a unique opportunity to learn about Scotland's rich paddling heritage and watch world-class athletes competing at the top of their game up close.

The classic race will start just down from Edradynate and finish below Fourth falls at Grandtully, featuring eight rapid sections competitors need to negotiate. The sprint course will take place over Grandtully rapids and we look forward to the event culminating in an exciting sprint final on Saturday 15th August 2026 when unforgettable moments of sporting excellence are expected to take place.

Parking will be located in a field adjacent to Grandtully Station Park Campsite, stewards will be on site to provide guidance and help visitors. We welcome engagement from the whole Scottish paddling community and British WWR community who will join us in making this event one to remember.
