Join the RSPB for a fun family self-led trail.
Follow the trail boards around the reserve to learn more about the butterflies you can find here, and collect the hidden letter at each stop. Can you solve the mystery word?
Available every day 10am- 4pm from the 3rd to 30th July. You can purchase you trail sheets online in advance to collect from the Visitor Centre on the day of your visit or you can simply pick up and purchase them on the day.
Is this trail buggy & wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the trail will take place along our Wetland and Leafy Loop trails, which are well surfaced and mainly flat. They also have mobility scooters available to hire too.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed on our trails, and in our cafe and shop too.
What facilities do we have?
They have a Cafe (open 10am-4pm), Shop (open 10am-5pm), Toilets, including Changing Places Toilet (open 24/7). Entry to the reserve is free, but car parking charges apply (free for RSPB members and Blue Badge holders).
