Crieff Highland Gathering

Crieff Highland Gathering is Scotland’s premier Highland Games, dating from 1870, and it is the Strathearn area’s main tourist attraction, pulling in thousands of people to Crieff’s iconic Market Park from around the world each year.

It is a traditional Highland Games incorporating Highland dancing, heavyweight and light field events, running, cycling and a tug o’ war.

The events unfold to the soundtrack of the stirring skirl of the pipes, featuring several bands, and traditional music with a modern twist that takes place in the Music Arena.

There are food and drink stalls aplenty and local artisans sell their wares from pitches in the park.
