Chardon Macarons

The mouthwatering Chardon Macarons was launched in 2013, in a quest to produce the perfect macaron and, now, all of our lives are a little bit sweeter! 

Herve, the man behind the brand, quickly perfected the art of producing these exquisite delicacies, from the smooth crispy shell softening down to the luxurious ganache at the centre.  

Passing on his skills and knowledge to the team, they now produce hundreds each week from their kitchen in Princes Street.

You’ll also find them on the first Saturday of the month at Perth Farmers’ Market – the only dilemma remaining, is how many to buy!

Shilling & Fitz, bespoke tailors, specialises in military and Highland tailoring which includes their highly regarded tartan trews, traditional hand sewn 8 yard kilts, Highland Jacket and Waistcoats as well as more formal wear such as velvet smoking jackets.

With clients such as The Royal Company of Archers and The Atholl Highlanders you can be assured of quality and fantastic service.

The business operates by appointment, allowing one-to-one attention throughout the consultation, during which time Lee will discuss style, fabrics, use and, of course, measure you for fit.  

Offering made-to-measure 2-piece and 3-piece suits, custom shirts and overcoats as well as a full range of Country wear including gilets, plus fours and shooting suits, this is the treat you didn’t know you needed!

Quince & Cook is a modern-day mini department store packed full of handpicked gifts, cookware, premium range cookers, eco-friendly refills and delicious deli treats.

From gorgeous candles to cosy socks and slippers, handmade jewellery to heavy-duty pans, the team carefully curates products that are both beautiful and built to last.
