Well Minds Listening
Well Minds Listening is a Community Interest Company that provides a bespoke emotional and wellbeing support service to children and young people in Perth & Kinross. This early intervention service aims to give children and young people access to a listening ear and help equip them with coping skills and strategies to help promote good mental health and wellbeing. In normal times, Well Minds Listening offers an in-school listening service with the aim of giving all children and young people access to a listening ear in a safe space. During lockdown, virtual 1-1 sessions can be accessed. Well Minds Listening have recognised the gap between the mental wellbeing support that children and young people receive in school and the mental health services available when children reach crisis. Well Minds Listening aims to help bridge this gap and provides strategies to suit individual needs. Mindfulness sessions for children, young people and families can also be provided.
