We are promoting and selling our speciality at Perth Farmers Market where 99.9% of customers say: "The food is delicious". Jollof Rice is traditional food of Ghana and Nigeria. The rice is cooked in tomato sauce with original African spices. The rice becomes crispy, reddish in colour and full of flavour. It can be completed with cooked beef (Scottish) or red peanuts cooked in slightly salted water. The final dish is not as spicy as original version but you will feel a little kick and warmth. NOTE: the food comes frozen and needs to be reheated in a microwave or an oven.
