Catkin Press is a small, independent publisher, based in Scotland. The four volumes of the Experience Big Tree Country series together cover 48 of the best walks around Perthshire, ranging from gentle strolls to hill climbs. Each guidebook contains 12 walks, spread throughout Perth and Kinross. Most routes start in towns or villages and are easily accessible by public transport. They are available at a discount as a set. Galloway Coast contains 25 walks exploring the scenery, wildlife and history of the long coastline of Dumfries and Galloway. The routes encompass clifftop paths and beaches, as well as rivers, woods and hills. It includes a Nature Guide section highlights the wildlife that can be experienced through the seasons and describes the unspoilt habitats visited along the Galloway Coast.
